The road in front of her home in the colonia Derechos Humanos (Human Rights) is deeply rutted and this all terrain wheelchair will help a great deal. Even in her yard she is working her lungs in a beneficial manner. With her laughs it is undeniable how much she appreciates this PET.

Some recipients live about 3/4 of a mile off paved roads so the PETs are critical. These all terrain wheelchairs work well on those roads, of which there are many.
