Executive Director
Our full time volunteer Executive Director, Larry Cox, lives on the Texas border and coordinates the operating activities of the organization.  His dedication to the mission of Juntos Servimos is one of the primary reasons for the success of the organization to date. Larry left a senior executive position with a large consumer products company in the early nineties to dedicate his life to the mission of Juntos Servimos. Larry is supported by a large number of volunteers on both sides of the border who make Juntos Servimos a success every day.

Medical Director
Our full time Medical Director is Dr. Nancy Rodriguez. Dr. Rodriguez is a licensed medical doctor with over 18 years of practice experience in the Matamoros area. For the last 10 years, she has focused her practice in the Matamoros area colonias. Dr. Rodriguez is a graduate of the medical school at the University of Matamoros. In addition to the medical clinics where Dr. Rodriguez expects to provide over X,000 medical consultations with the help of visiting doctors and dentists, she makes regular home visits to over 100 chronically patients who are not ambulatory. Dr. Rodriguez also coordinates the community kitchen and kitchen volunteers at Casa Bugambilia and works closely with community leaders in the communities we serve to address the issues of health and selection of families to receive home construction and improvement assistance.

                     Staff
Juntos Servimos contracts with a small group of persons who live in the colonias to provide help in construction of the medical clinics and with construction supervision of volunteer groups for home construction and improvement projects.

                                   Volunteers

Volunteers from the colonias assist in the community kitchen daily. Over XX volunteer groups, primarily from the United States, are expected to visit the communities we serve in Mexico this year to provide the funds and labor to build homes, improve existing homes, build medical clinics, and provide medical and educational assistance. Volunteer groups range from 1-70 with the average group consisting of approximately 20 adults and/or youth. Organizations interested in sending volunteer groups to Mexico should contact us at info@juntosservimos.org for more information and schedule openings.
